A three storey residence around a solar energy heated swimming pool. Apartments are ready to live in, meticulously maintained and tastefully decorated, with all the comforts required for your well being: lounge, fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, bathroom or shower, WC, individually controlled heating. The large French windows open onto a balcony with garden table and chairs. Opening times of the reception: - April to mid-October, 7am to 9pm - rest of the year, 8am to 7pm

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.65 city/tourist tax per person older than 13 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years is charged EUR 4.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 9.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
