The Belvedere and Fienile buildings make up the resort and are accessible via a common paved courtyard. Nearby, immersed in the natural green beauty of the outdoors, you can find the swimming pool from which you can take in all the beauty that the Florentine countryside has to offer. You will find the reception area in a grand parlour on the ground floor of the Fienile building, along with friendly and helpful staff that will do their best to make your stay an enjoyable one. The 2nd floor of the Belvedere building contains the B and B area. Feel the warm Tuscan welcome simply by stepping into the large and inviting Salone Relax, which features an antique fireplace ready to warm you during your winter reading. From here, there is direct access to the 5 double rooms and the Gardenia Suite.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
