Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 2.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. Dinner costs EUR 20.00 per person. Dinner costs EUR 12.00 per child under 12 years.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child from 6 to 14 years is charged EUR 28.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged EUR 35.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
