ARVENA REICHSSTADT HOTEL

The foundation walls of our two buildings - which are arranged opposite to one another - are already chronicled in history. Our 4-star the hotel is located right in the old town centre of the wonderful health resort of Bad Windsheim. Stay the night or hold a meeting in the lovingly restored main building dating back to 1350, highly regarded, or in the modern conference centre, which is placed in the former Magistrates’ Court at the market place. Architecturally, and above all, the Middle Ages and Modernity have been combined harmoniously to form an oasis of well-being. With our arrangement packages and our traditional restaurant we will bring Franconian culture a little closer to you.

Rooms

The guest rooms are divided into 96 double rooms, 8 suites and 8 single rooms, of which 87 are non-smoking rooms. The modern guest rooms in the conference centre opposite the main building additionally have a room safe. Instead of a minibar, we provide a room service, available until 1.00 in the morning.

Hotel details

Wellness A small sauna is at our guest's disposal in the main building. Additionally, we offer a gym where you can exercise for only EUR 10.- per person. Conferences 10 conference, seminar and event rooms for 5 to 50 people, sized from 17 to almost 600 m², provide the necessary space for any event. All the conference rooms are professionally equipped, with blends and daylight, and full air-conditioning. A sound system with cordless microphone and lectern are available for you, as well as beamer and flip chart.

Food & Beverages

The range of food and drinks on offer leaves nothing to be desired. Whether Franconian, vegetarian, game, fish or poultry specialities, our flexible kitchen team will be happy to receive your ideas in the restaurant or for a banquet dinner. With its many special themes and culinary highlights, the menu in our traditional restaurant is never allowed to become boring. The modern bar or the traditional “Reichsstadt Café” are good places to spend time during the day or in the evening. For events and festivities, there is plenty of room in the historic cellar vaults for up to 25 people to celebrate until dawn.

Address Pastoriusstrasse 5 91438 Bad Windsheim (Bayern)		Travel information The easiest way to reach us by car is via the A6 and A7. Via the A6 to the Ansbach exit, then on the B13 to the Bad Windsheim exit. Via the A7 to the Bad Windsheim exit, then in the Neustadt/Aisch direction. Turn left towards Windsheim West, take the next available right turn, then follow the road for 2 km, over the railway crossing and turn into the next road on the left. Drive towards the Bahnhof (rail station) as far as the crossroads (Raiffeisen Bank on the left). Here you turn right into Johanniterstraße road and after 500 m you will see our Hotel.
Area information This health resort and spa with one of Europe’s strongest saltwater springs lies between Würzburg, Rothenburg o.d. Tauber and Nuremberg.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 26.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
