The hotel offers 123 guest rooms, 7 of which are individually furnished suites. These are generously appointed and offer an elegant, welcoming atmosphere and cost-free “Premiere” (sports/movie channel) reception. Our concierge service will see to your every wish. Whether you require a table reservation in Nuremberg or transport in our luxury limousine, we will fulfil your requirements.

Relax in our wellness area. 2 swimming pools (of different temperatures), 2 saunas, a steam bath, whirlpools, solarium, massage and cosmetic treatments offer you the opportunity to recharge your batteries. Our gym is equipped with modern equipment and is the perfect place for letting off steam. A tennis court and 18-hole golf course can be found close to the hotel, and we also offer bicycles and scooters for hire.

Food & Beverages

The restaurant “Bruecke” offers regional Franconian and steak specialities and “Charlize” international high quality cuisine. The hotel also provides a Café with a terrace, wine and beer bar and a lobby bar.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
