This small, valued throughout, welcoming hotel is located in the centre of Bad Tölz, not far from the renowned marketplace and the railway station. During good weather we open our beer garden: savour a cool Bavarian beer beneath blue and white skies as you gaze at the mountains. If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
