The hotel is situated opposite to the Ahr Thermae, casino, spa house, spa park, and the spa hotel Steigenberger. All intersting places that Bad Neuenahr can offer you are within walking distance.

Travel information

Coming from Cologne/Bonn... ... A 61, exit Bad Neuenahr, towards Linz/Sinzig. You automatically get to the Heerstrasse, which you follow to the traffic lights. Turn right until the train station and then left into Landgrafenstrasse, follow the brown hotel route III over the Kreuzstrasse, to the Hans-Frick-Strasse. At the river Ahr turn right into the Lindenstrasse. Despite of the pedestrian area you can access the hotel by car. Coming from Koblenz... ... A 61, exit Sinzig, towards Bad Neuenahr over the bypass road to the traffic lights, from there straight away to the train station and then to the left into the Landgrafenstrasse. Follow the brown hotel route III over the Kreuzstrasse, to the Hans-Frick-Strasse. At the river Ahr turn right into the Lindenstrasse.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
