Travel information

A 61 from Aachen, Cologne, Bonn: exit Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler onto A 573. Then exit Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler. Continue in direction Bad Neuenahr, then take the first exit in the roundabout. At the next junction/trafficlights simply follow the red signs to hotel route II. A 61 from Koblenz/Trier exit Sinzig/Bad Neuenahr onto A 571. Coninue in direction Bad Neuenahr. Straight through the junction/trafficlights ( past the level crossing). Then simply follow the red signs to hotel route II. The hotel is situated in the town center opposite the Casino and within walking distance to the tourist information and the Ahr-Thermen.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 13 to 16 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
