Rooms

Our house provides 30 beds in 20 rooms. The bright and spacious guest rooms are fully equipped with shower, toilet, telephone, cable TV, internet access, minibar, and hairdryer. All rooms can be comfortably reached via lift. After a good night’s sleep you will be looking forward to a rich breakfast buffet with daily fresh food, served in our light-flooded pavilion. On request we will book a non-smoking room for you (please leave a note on the booking form).

Hotel details

For ensuring successful conferences for up to 40 participants we offer our conference room which is located on the ground floor, flooded with daylight. Out of the room you overlook the green garden. Technical equipment: • Flip chart with pens, presentation case, video recorder, overhead projector, screen and TV On request we offer additional services such as • Conference drinks • Tea/Coffee breaks • Lunch • Dinner

Having a fixed travel arrangement you will be liable for an empty bed charge in case of delayed arrival, early leave or short-notice cancellation according to International Hotel Rules ( accommodation including breakfast 80%; half board + arrangements 70%. There is no refund for any unused services included in the arrangements. If you delay your appointed arrival we still have to charge you the total cost of the booking.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free Public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 2.85 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
