Area information You can find some smaller & bigger shops around the hotel. Also the public garden is accross the street. Travel information From the A33 motorway: - Take exit number 26 (Paderborn/Elsen/Bad Lippspringe) then follow the B1 for about 7km to Hameln/Bad Lippspringe. - Take the exit Bad Lippspringe-West, then turn left at the first exit (Am Vorderfloess - Industrypark) and follow the street to the end. - Turn right and continue for 150m, then go left into the Arminiusstrasse. - You can see the hotel at the end of the street.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 2.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
