The hotel is also great for incentives, because you are right on the slope during winter, right in the hiking area of the mountains during summer and not far from the thermal bath and cottages to party at night. Food & Beverages

Culinary specialities: Half-board with breakfast buffet served until 10:30; light lunch; "harmony tea" and fruits in the wellness area all day long; "sweet dreams" in the afternoon; 5-course à la carte dinner menu; special appetizer buffet, featuring produce from our own farm; for the kids: "Oskar" prepares a daily special buffet for our young guests or a special dinner on board of the pirate ship. The hotel bar is a daytime cafeteria and evening piano bar.

Travel card: "Kärnten Card" - your free sightseeing card for more than 100 sights within Carinthia (cable cars, boat rides, museums, attraction parks aso.). From your first day on, it is free of charge for the entire family (May to October). Ski/thermal bath weeks: Free skiing and 50% off the entrance fee for the thermal spas in Bad Kleinkirchheim (middle of March until Easter).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 4 to 5 years are charged EUR 41.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged EUR 48.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 13 to 15 years are charged EUR 53.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
