The hotel’s comfortable bedrooms are equipped with all modern comforts. In addition to the listed facilities, some rooms include a balcony overlooking the rose garden. Peaceful rooms facing the courtyard are also available.

Food & Beverages

The hotel’s à la carte restaurant seats 140 guests, while the garden terrace accommodates a further 60. You can also dine in the conservatory with terrace, which offers a wonderful view of the Saale valley, the rose garden and the Luitpoldpark. Franconian specialities and regional wines are served alongside imaginative international dishes, themed buffets and a selection of healthy options.

Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 4.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 3.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs EUR 18.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
