Rooms and lounges are elegant, though comfortable equipped. The rooms with balcony are with view to the Luitpold park or to the green side of the Altenberg mountain, which was eponym of our hotel.

Relax with our extensive "all inclusive"-program and revive in our beauty salon, the ozoniferous-indoor swimming pool (30°C) with hot jacuzzi (36°C), in the sauna, solarium and fitness center. Regenerate and enjoy our pleasant treatments like manual massages, salt-water bath, natural mudpack on a comfortable waterbed, acupuncture and divers naturopathy-therapies.

Food & Beverages

Our cooking team will spoil you with culinary deliciousnesses on our garden terrace. Weekly you will be surprised by a buffet or menu and during the mild summer evening lusciousnesses from the charcoal grill will scent tastefully. Health- or calorie conscious guests get diet meals by request, of course.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 2.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 1.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 3.40 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Lunch costs EUR 16.00 per person.  Dinner costs EUR 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
