The whole hotel has been designed with stylish Art Déco elements, also to be found in the 169 elegant rooms, junior-suites and studios. Superbly finished exquisite materials, and colours and forms co-ordinated down to the smallest detail, impart an aura of elegant ambience. Extra-long beds, cable TV and individually adjustable air-conditioning are just some of our amenities provided as part of our service. The windows of the hotel offer an attractive view overlooking the Kaiser-Friedrich-Promenade with its magnificent building facades. Food & Beverages

The hotel restaurant and the bistro were given the name "Charly" in honour of Charly Ritter, a man who indelibly made his mark on this hotel in the past. In the restaurant on the first floor family celebrations and festivities of all kinds will be turned into culinary and entertaining highlights à la Charly's.

Please norte that the tourist tax for the Single Rooms and Double Rooms is only applied from Fridays to Sundays. This is a VDR-certified hotel. The Verband Deutsches Reisemanagement (VDR), Germany’s Business Travel Association, certifies that this hotel is particularly suitable for business travellers and meets more than 50 criteria.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 3.07 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 21.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
