Start your day off with our comprehensive breakfast buffet served between 8:00am and 10:00am. On request, our business guests may also have their breakfast earlier. Help yourself at our bar offering various sorts of beverages, which can also be served on your room, in the library or on our terrace.

Please note: For payments with credit card we add an additional fee of 3 percent of the booking sum. If your arrival is after 6:00pm, we kindly request your notice via mail, e-mail or telephone early in advance. We are a non-smoking house. Area information Our house is located right in the centre of town with its numerous stores, restaurants and cafés in the pedestrian zone opposite the resort park and the casino. Best starting point for various sport activities and for hiking tours through the beautiful Harz Mountains as well as for wellness treatments that are offered in town. Travel information If you arrive via the B4 highway (northbound), take the 3rd exit and follow the street "Am alten Salzwerk". The extension of this street is Rudolf-Huch-Strasse, where you find our hotel on your left hand side. If you arrive via the B4 highway (southbound) in direction Bad Harzburg, cross two intersections; after the second one turn left into the street "Am alten Salzwerk".

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
