Area information Well-marked loop trails begin right outside the hotel, inviting you to go for a hike and enjoy the fresh air. The beautiful western Harz region offers numerous day trip destinations including Goslar and the Rammelsberg Visitors' Mine, both of which have been declared UNESCO World Heritage Sites. There are many more former mines and mysterious caves in the area which are waiting to be explored. An extensive network of hiking trails, cool bathing lakes and winter sports facilities make the region a wonderful destination in all seasons. An indoor saltwater pool lies 250 metres from the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 9 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
