The "Comfort Class" rooms are very cosy and provided with wooden furniture and warm colours. They featire a balcony from which our guests have an impressive view of the surrounding mountains. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a separate bathtub; fractional “with view” (you will be amazed).

Tradition and Modernity: The Lindner Hotel & Spa - Die Wasnerin in Bad Aussee is a hotel with great tradition, whose origins can be traced back to the 15th century. This historical house, which is a protected, listed building, forms the heart of the hotel. With a view of the Dachstein on one side and of the Loser mountain on the other, and surrounded by a golf course, the Lindner Hotel & Spa - Die Wasnerin is enchantingly situated with an open panoramic view that can only be found in Bad Aussee. Guests from all over the world, seeking a place to recuperate and to relax and wishing to do something positive for their well-being, will benefit from the enchanting surroundings.

Food & Beverages

Gourmet wishes of all kinds are fulfilled in the snug restaurant, which is divided into six cosy rooms. One can fully enjoy the wonderful view of the Dachstein Glacier and the imposing Ausseerland mountains on the restaurant's garden terrace. A theme buffet alternates with a 4-course menu, as well as a weekly gala dinner, predominantly prepared with healthy, regional products. If you are feeling peckish in the afternoon, enjoy our snack “Ausseer Jause”, with its typical regional specialties. An excellent selection of top Austrian wines and international wine varieties ensures perfect enjoyment. Your special dietary and nutritional needs will be fulfilled at all times.

Internet

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 16 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 7 to 11 years are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
