All rooms are en suite with a shower and toilet, equipped with cable TV and a telephone. Some rooms have a balcony. There is a hairdryer and a cosmetic mirror in the bathroom.

We are looking forward to serving you a traditional Bavarian or international dish at the König-Ludwig-Stube or the Zirbenstube. Of course, you are also welcome in the hotel bar where you can choose an international cocktail list or selected wines.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 8 to 14 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
