Each of the 144 rooms and suites are of modern design. The harmonious blend of natural materials, elegant interiors and earthy colours, have been carefully chosen to provide a room for ultimate relaxation. They are equipped with every modern amenity to fully meet guests' expectations and safety deposit boxes are also available at an extra charge. They all provide a direct or side view of the Mediterranean Sea. There are also rooms for guests with disabilities.

This is why, at the Napa Mermaid Hotel & Suites, we attribute significant importance in preparing dishes and drinks that will tantalise your taste buds. On a daily basis, our reputable and passionate chefs carefully select fresh ingredients of local produce combined with exotic spices to create innovative and delicious gourmet experiences. Our dining options which range from sensational buffet breakfast to extensive evening buffets and all day à la carte offerings, promise culinary heights and a feast of the senses. All our restaurants and bars have been fully rebuilt in 2007 to reflect modern, Mediterranean lifestyle venues, combining high quality woodwork with light airy colours and spectacular unobstructed views to the Mediterranean Sea. Your culinary experience is supported by a discrete entertainment programme with live music almost every night.

Please note that for stays starting on 27th June 2009 and ending on 17th July 2009, guests only pay for bed and breakfast, but can enjoy the half-board package.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 2.50 per 30 minutes.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 25.00 per person.  Full board costs EUR 45.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
