The hotel reception team is available 24 hours. The services provided by the hotel include post services, loan of crockery for self-catering guests, a mini shop and reservations for such things as the hotel restaurant, theatre tickets, sightseeing tours, airport shuttle services and car rental.

Food & Beverages

The Quality Hotel offers a rich breakfast buffet every morning, ensuring an energetic start to your day. During the evenings, you can try tasty cuisine in the hotels D’Lechhausner restaurant, which features a Weinstube (wine lounge), a bar and a dance floor. The restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday, from 17:00 until 01:00. Hot food is served between 18:00 and 22:00.

The Quality Hotel Augsburg has 2 modern conference rooms where you can hold meetings, seminars and presentations. Both rooms feature natural daylight and modern technical facilities, and up to 65 people can be seated in each.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 11 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All further older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
