The Hotel has a 24-hour reception and a free 24-hour shuttle service to and from the airport. There are freephones at both the Auckland International and Domestic Airport terminals that connect to this service. In the courtyard area there are Hostel rooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and cooking facilities. The Hotel's Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner, and in the evening specializes in quality New Zealand food and wines. The lounge and bar look out to the fern filled gardens.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs NZD 12.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
