The Athens Atrium Hotel & Suites offers conference and multiple use rooms. These are available to companies, organization bodies, corporate organizations, associations, private and public services for the holding of conferences, seminars, receptions, banquets, rehearsal dinners, parties and other social events. The 'Atrium' Ball Room is ready to accommodate your personal or professional style event up to 200 guests & three Conference & Meeting Rooms (Athena, Roi & Acropolis) can accommodate up to 100 guests. The conference & meeting rooms are equipped with the required technical equipment to secure the successful realization of your business meeting. The hotel provides the following equipment: PA system Projection screens LCD video projector DVD Video Fast Internet Access -ADSL 1Mbps & WiFi ready Slide projectors Overhead projectors Photocopy service Portable PC Our catering department supports such events and can provide a large selection of light lunches, a choice of menus or even a buffet and a variety of refreshments, cocktails and coffee breaks.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
