Our excellent location means we are within easy reach of the Eurostar terminal at Ashford International Station and the M20 motorway to the Channel Tunnel and London. All the local attractions that Kent has to offer are within easy reach. During your stay, relax and enjoy a drink in the Bybrook Tavern before sampling one of the many innovative and imaginative dishes served in the Junction Restaurant. Both the restaurant and bar are situated in a 15th- century converted barn, where the original wood beams add to the friendly and cosy atmosphere. The hotel offers a variety of accommodation, ranging from executive and family sized rooms to high quality standard rooms designed to meet your every need, each with internet access and air conditioning. Pets have to be with their owners at all time. Pets can not be left alone in the rooms

Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served from 06:30 until 10:00. Dinner is served from 18:30 until 22:00.

Payment Information: When booking 5 rooms or more, a full deposit will be charged to your credit card by the hotel, at some point between the time of booking and the date of arrival. Additional Cancellation Policy Information: When booking 5 rooms or more, the reservation must be cancelled at least 14 days prior to date of arrival to avoid cancellation charges. Any late cancellations, or no-shows, will result in the hotel charging your credit card for the cost of the 1st night's accommodation for each room.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 15.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
