The Queens Head Hotel

Family run, very much appreciated, it offers home-cooked English food and a lively weekend nightclub. This 17th-century coaching inn is located on Ashby's main high street. An intimate front bar is open until either 22:30, which is Sunday,, highly regarded, 23:00, which is Monday to Wednesday,, 00:00, which is Thursday, or 01:00, which is Friday and Saturday, . The Queen's Head Hotel is close to all the main local motorways, and above all, and a short journey from Birmingham and East Midlands Airport. It's popular and so a bit noisy, very much appreciated, but residents are on the club's guest list. On Fridays and Saturdays, valued throughout, The Queens Head Hotel features Ciros Night Club, which is open till 02:00, and The Loft Bar, which is open till 01:00, . The Queens Head Hotel also features a large outside smoking area and a TV lounge.

The Queen's Head Hotel serves traditional English food, including cottage pies, roast of the day and scampi and chips. Food is served from 18:00 until 20:30 (Monday to Friday) and from 12:00 until 14:00 (Friday to Sunday).

The Queens Head is a very lively place at the weekend due to the fact it has 2 bars and a nightclub on the premises which are open until 02:30. For guests booking accommodation over the weekend period, please note the hotel is located on a very busy high street, and due to the bars and nightclub, it can be extremely noisy until the early hours of the morning. Parking: Car parking is at a pay-and-display car park on the street behind the hotel, for which there is a small charge. The car park has surveillance cameras in operation. The hotel does not accept American Express credit cards.
