The Highclere Hotel does not have a restaurant; however, group bookings can arrange meals at the hotel with advance notice. Otherwise, guests are spoilt for choice in Sunninghill, with plenty of eateries nearby offering fine oriental and European cuisine. The hotel can also direct you to the Dog and Partridge for all lunches and evening meals. The Dog and Partridge, run by Thomas and Grace, has a reputation for really good, freshly cooked food. The hotel can help you make a reservation, or even provide a current menu.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
