All 14 of the exclusive and peaceful bedrooms overlook the ancient centre of Ascoli. Every room has wooden beamed ceilings and parquet flooring, but each of the rooms are different - some have terraces, others have canopied beds. All are lavishly furnished with a mixture of the family's own furniture and designer pieces. Original works of art decorate the walls.

The hotel is happy to organise small parties within the stunning setting of this typically Ascolan architecture. Please contact them directly to arrange. Suitable for meetings and conferences of up to 40 people, the hotel offers a meeting room furnished and equipped according to your requirements. There is also the possibility of hiring larger meeting rooms in an adjoining building.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged 30 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
