In addition to listed facilities, all the apartments are fitted with 2 or 4 hotplates, a mini-oven or a microwave/oven and a terrace or balcony (in most of the apartments). A phone is available at an additional cost. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled. DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. The reception is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 at Saturdays and from 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00 Sunday to Friday. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.70 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.
