The hotel's restaurant Los Jerónimos is situated on the banks for the Pisuerga River. The menu features traditional local dishes. Opening hours: Breakfast - 07:00 to 11:00 (8:00 to 12:00 at weekends) Lunch - 13:30 to 15.30 Dinner - 20:30 to 23:00

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
