All the rooms have excellent views and come with your own private balcony. Besides the listed facilities, a safety deposit box (at additional cost) and minibar (on request, at additional cost) are both available.

Hotel details

The H10 Las Palmeras is set in magnificent subtropical gardens filled with lush palm trees. It boasts a host of leisure and sporting facilities, including 4 tennis courts located by the sea, as well as 2 swimming pools for adults and one for children. There is also a games room, table tennis and mini-golf. The hotel offers an extensive programme of daily and nightly entertainment and there is entertainment for children in the summer. Also, the Big Ben Bar offers nightly entertainment and live music. In the summer months, the focus of the entertainment shifts to the terrace surrounding the bar hut and the barbecue area, close to the swimming pools. There is also a piano bar with a non-smoking area.

The published rates for stays on the 25 and 31 December include a mandatory fee for the gala dinners held on those evenings.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
