Some of the double rooms are connected with other rooms. Moreover our room service and breakfast in room are simple pleasures to enhance your stay. As a magnificent Mexican Hacienda, the signature of our cuisine is to create delicious memories in any of our 6, high quality gourmet restaurants, offering the finest of the Canarian, Mexican, Bavarian and Mediterranean cuisine. You can also enjoy our 5 fantastic bars.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 10.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 3 to 11 years is charged EUR 42.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 62.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
