The 3 one-floor buildings with stone-coloured façades stand in the heart of a beautiful garden. Situated on the left bank of the Dordogne overlooking the river, valued throughout, this Residence enjoys an exceptional location opposite the magnificent old village of Argentat. The architecture is broken up by tiered natural slate roofing, highly regarded, outside stairways, pergolas and wooden balustrades. All apartments offer a view over the Dordogne. - Saturday: 8 am to noon and 2 pm to 10 pm. Opening hours: - From Sunday to Friday: 9 am to noon and 5 pm to 8 pm. Note: Please inform the site about arrivals outside the reception’s opening days and times. - Closed Wednesday. FROM JULY 15 TO AUGUST 26: MINIMUM STAY OF ONE WEEK, valued throughout, ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE ONLY ON SATURDAY.

Hotel details

Guests can choose the "Premium" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes: Beds made for arrival. Change of the bathroom linen in the middle of the stay. Mid-stay cleaning. Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with: Folding baby cot with 1 sheet. Highchair.

DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. The reception is open from 09:00 until 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 Sunday to Friday and from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays. The reception is closed on Wednesdays in April and October. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

Then take the A71 motorway exit no. 5 to Vierzon-Centre/ Châteauroux/ Limoges/ Issoudun. Then take the A20 to Châteauroux/ Limoges/ Blois/ Tours/ Issoudun. At Limoges, take exit no. 45 to Tulle/ Aurillac /Clermont-Ferrand /Vigeois/Seilhac, and follow the N120 to Tulle, then signs to Argentat (28 km). If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
