A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. Reception opening hours: Sunday to Friday from 09:00 until 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 Saturdays: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 The reception is closed on Wednesdays in April and October. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours. Guests can ask for the "Premium" formula. It includes beds made upon arrival, change of the bathroom linen in the middle of the stay and mid-stay cleaning. Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit”. It will be provided in the apartment and includes a folding baby cot with 1 sheet and a highchair. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Then take the A71 motorway exit no. 5 to Vierzon-Centre/ Châteauroux/ Limoges/ Issoudun. Then take the A20 to Châteauroux/ Limoges/ Blois/ Tours/ Issoudun. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.65 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.
