Area information This place of exceptional beauty and singularity allows the traveller to enjoy the pleasures of the natural beauty and history, only found in this area of Málaga. You can go on trekking routes that will take you throughout the area and near and around the gorge. The area is ideal to visit any time of the year and is beautiful in any season. In spring and summer you have a large selection of water sports to enjoy. In autumn and winter you can admire the marvellous colours of the changing seasons and the typical mild Mediterranean winter. Among other interesting places you can visit Bobastro monastery, a gorge (natural park, with 2016 hectares of land the largest nature area in Málaga), the “Caminito del Rey” a walkway clinging to the side of the gorge, The caves of Ardales and much more. Travel information It is within short distance of the coast and malaga international airport converts the hotel into a perfect escape from the urban life and the coast Where you can get away to the natural beauty and ancestry of spain and its nice people. How to reach us: From the international airport at malaga head towards the N-340 to malaga ring road and take the Cartama road A-357 toward Campillos. Head towards Ardales and turn right at a singn saying Embalses. Carry on straight (do not take the sign sayimg Alora- El Chorro) you will find us right after the damn. From Sevilla or Granada by the A-92 take the indicated turning to Campillos. Once in Campillos take the turning to Malaga by the A-357 after 6 kilometres take a sign saying Embalses and carry on for a period of 6 km. From Cádiz head to Campillos by road A-382, passing through Arcos de La Frontera and Olvera.
