Rooms

All the rooms are spacious and equipped with bathroom and air-conditioning, and most of them feature a balcony and large wardrobe. Many of the rooms can accommodate up to 3 people and cots are available on request. The rooms on the top floors offer an open view of the port and the Ïle aux Oiseaux (the Birds Island), providing an enchanting place for a holiday in the heart of the Arcachon Bay.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 11 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
