All of our rooms have recently been renewed, with terrace, waiting for you in a full town centre in front of the beach of Arcachon. All of the rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 5.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 13.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 15.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 12.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
