Food & Beverages

The restaurant (70 seats) offers a rich menu of national and European cuisine, delicious meals prepared by traditional Bulgarian recipes. You can enjoy the fresh air and the great panorama at the summer-garden restaurant part of the hotel complex Boliarska Kashta. At the barbecue are prepared meat specialties and grilled "cheverme". The vegetables are especially produced for the restaurant and they origin from an ecologically clean region. The nice atmosphere is coupled by children's playground, water cascade, and day bar (45 seats).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 12 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Baby cots are not available.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
