The hotel is conveniently located on the tramline to the city, which operates 7 days a week from 6:00 a.m. to midnight, and will take you to the heart of the city in 10 minutes. The hotel has a secure underground parking for guests at a charge. The fitness centre has 2 saunas and is available free of charge to hotel guests. Complimentary bottled mineral water offered in all guest rooms.

Food & Beverages

Sample Belgian cuisine with an Oriental, French or Italian touch at Hugo's Restaurant. Serving 3-course meals on weekends, the restaurant is open for breakfast Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 10:00. On weekends, guests can have breakfast until 11:00. Dinner is available on weekdays from 18:30 to 22:00 and on Saturdays from 18:30 to 22:30. On weekdays, lunch is served between 12:00 and 14:30 in Gozo Bar. The bar is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 01:00 and on weekends from 12:00 to 01:00.

Please note that no more than 2 dogs are allowed per visitor/room. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or bar.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 10.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

21 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 3 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 30.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
