Rooms

All rooms are equipped with a direct telephone line, air conditioning, minibar (on request, additional cost), satellite TV, safety box (additional cost), and a complete bathroom with separate shower and bath, hair-dryer and beauty mirror. Connecting rooms and double bed rooms are available, as well as 5 rooms for handicapped and non-smokers. Own laundry service. All of them with a private terrace or balcony magnificently looking onto the sea.

Hotel details

The Hotel has a big Gym with Sauna and Jacuzzi, tennis court and beach volley. An adults’ swimming pool and a separate kids’ pool invite grown-ups and children to refresh. A Miniclub, where kids can join all kinds of activities such as colouring, games, etc…is available. It has many facilities so the children can play safely always supervised by a group of professional entertainers for kids between 4 and 14 years old.

Food & Beverages

The Albatros Buffet Restaurant serves a varied buffet breakfast as well as themed buffet lunches and dinners, all to the backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean. These meals can be taken on the open-air terrace when the weather allows. Opening hours: Breakfast – 08.00-10.30 Lunch – 13.00-15.00 Dinner – 18.30-22.00 At the Broadway Bar Show Lounge you can sit back with a cocktail and enjoy the live entertainment offered daily. Opening hours: 20.00-00.00 The informal Lobby Bar offers a relaxing venue where you can enjoy a quiet drink and panoramic views over the sea and the Caleta de Fuste. Opening hours: 11.00-01.00

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 2 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One further child from 2 to 12 years is charged 20 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 35 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
