Leisure swimming pools. There are two swimming pools, one for adults and one for kids. They are situated in the heart of the aparthotel, surrounded by gardens with typical plants from the canary islands. Supermarket there is one supermarket where you can buy all sorts of items. Buffet Restaurant Where breakfast and dinner are served. The customers on half board should enjoy hot and cold Buffet at this restaurant from 08.00a.m. till 10.00 a.m. and from 18.30p.m. till 21.30 p.m. A la Carte Restaurant “El Mirador”. A la Carte restaurant where you can enjoy the traditional national and international cuisine, surrounded by a cosy atmosphere with magnificent views to the Atlantic Ocean. Snacks Bar Opened from 10.30 to 18.00 hours where you can enjoy a great variety of drinks, snacks and cocktails. Pub Opened from 18.00 till 01.00 hours where you can relax with the wonderful sea views while enjoying your drink.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.35 per person.  Half board costs EUR 16.80 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 2 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One further child from 2 to 12 years is charged 20 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 35 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
