Every detail in our 908 rooms has been carefully thought about, to ensure you have a relaxing holiday. The variety of rooms available consist of large corner rooms, connected rooms and duplex family rooms. The rooms available for our guests with disabilities are equipped with a shower rather than bath tub. The air-conditioning and heating system runs according to climate and seasonal conditions.

We present you the chance to stop the time passing with countless facilities of entertainment and activity night and day. In the daytime, aqua gym, step – aerobic, stretching, mini football, basketball, beach volley, mountain bike tours, tennis, dance and more. You and your children will frequently pass the time in Gameland with electronic pinball, table football, Internet hall, play stations, table and card games, billiard, table tennis. In the night time, you will have unforgettable moments thanks to our amphitheatre with special theme entertainments, cabarets and sketch programs, dance spectacles and more, after-show entertainments, live music and disco. We have, of course, not forgotten your children. Day and evening, mini club is at your service for your children of 4-12 years with a professional team so that your and your kids’ holiday will continue with safety and pleasure. Teenage Club organizes activities for 12-16-year-olds. If you wish, the miniclub animators can accompany your children at their meals

Food & Beverages

Restaurant Hünkar is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served buffet-style. Mediterranean, and especially Turkish and Italian cuisine, awaits guests at Restaurant Kösem Sultan, La Gondola and Marine. Cocktails and other drinks are offered at Divan - the lobby bar, Begüm Bar (piano bar) and Seyir Bar. Music, dance and drinks can be combined at Kubbe Bar & Discotheque.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

18 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
