Rooms

Family rooms can accomodate from 3 to 4 people. 1 Child under the age of 12 years of age stays for free. Baby cots are availbale free of charge upon request at the time of reservation.

Hotel details

The hotel is entirely air-conditionned and equipped with double-glazed windows. The mulitlingual staff are happy to welcome you at the hotel reception 24h/7. A private garage that offers secured parking is located next to the hotel and available at an additional charge.

Food & Beverages

The hotel provides breakfast in your room or you can benefit from an American buffet breakfast served in the restaurant from 06:30 to 10:00. For gourmets, the Old Town is full of lovely restaurants. The hotel staff will be happy to advise you on the best places to go.

From 3 rooms booked or more than 3 nights booked, the hotel will require a 30% deposit upon confirmation. This deposit will be refundable until 10 days before arrival. If you cancel later than that, the deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 12.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 14.50 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
