Hotel details

As a resident you can enjoy complimentary use of the swimming pool and sauna, or a work-out in the mini gym. The hotel can also, by prior appointment, arrange holistic therapy and relaxing treatments for you during your stay. Alternatively, simply relax and take morning coffee with the daily newspapers or afternoon tea in the beautiful garden. It’s your time; you choose. You can enjoy a leisurely aperitif around an open fire in the oak-panelled bar before dining in the superb a la carte restaurant where all the homemade food is freshly prepared by the manor's own award-winning chef.

Food & Beverages

Fine dining is available in the superb à la carte restaurant, prepared by our award winning Chef. Due to popular demand in our restaurant, please make your reservation for dinner in advance or when booking your room.

Payment Information: If you booked before 31 January 2009, your credit card will be debited by "hotelinfo ltd." All bookings from 01 February 2009 will have cards debited by "RelaxInnz."

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 5.00 per hour.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
