All 368 rooms, including 2 Mercure suites and 190 Club rooms are attractively furnished end equipped with individual airconditioning, guest safe, trouser press, hairdryer, minibar, coffee-/tea facilities and TV with video channel. 80% of our rooms are non-smoking. Restaurants, meeting rooms, corridors and elevators are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in the bar, foyer and meeting room lounge. The hotel is particularly suitable for all your meetings, business presentations, training sessions, parties and dinners for up to 500 persons with safe parking for up to 160 cars. In restaurant l'Ambiance, restaurant La VOC, the coffee corner/bistro and the brown cafee you are served beverages and dishes catering to all tastes. Enjoy our Grand Cru wines in restaurant La VOC. We make the best selection of these quality wines in our "Grand Vins Mercure" offers. The rates for these suberb wines will surprise you. We also offer these wines per glas! Enjoy the great wine/food combination.

At time of booking, a valid credit card guarantee is required, without which, the hotel will not honour your booking. Reservations that are not guaranteed by credit card at time of booking are subject to cancellation by the hotel without prior notice.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 5.95 per hour. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 14.50 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  5 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is not included and costs EUR 19.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
