The Mercure Hotel Amsterdam Airport is a modern, first class hotel. Ideally located along the A4 Amsterdam-Den Haag motorway (exit S107) and close to Amsterdam, Schiphol Airport, the RAI conference centre and The World Trade Centre. All 152 rooms are equipped with many modern facilities. All rooms are non-smoking. The restaurants, meeting rooms, corridors and elevators are all non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in the bar, foyer and meeting room lounge. You can find all the facilities that will make your meetings, business presentations, training sessions, parties and dinners a success. A free shuttle service to and from Schiphol Airport is available. Opposite the hotel you will a find a bus stop that can take you to the Leidsplein (Amsterdam centre).

Food & Beverages

In the restaurant-bar "Wines and Dishes", you are served beverages and meals that cater for all tastes.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.95 per hour.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 15.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 12.50 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 40 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  5 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 21.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
