A valid ID or passport is required upon check-in. The only way to guarantee check-in for an early arrival is to reserve the room the night before. Upon arrival, the reception will ask you for a credit card imprint or a cash payment for the entire stay. We kindly request you to take the check-out time into consideration. If you would like to keep the room longer, you will automatically be charged a fee per hour up until 16:00. After 16:00 the daily room rate will apply. In case of an early departure, the first following night will be charged extra. An exception to this rule are the congress and event periods, in which case the entire stay will be charged. While some drugs are legalised in the Netherlands, drugs are not permitted anywhere on the hotels premises. Violation of this rule will result in a fine. Smoking is prohibited in the entire hotel and we kindly request that you take this into account. If found smoking on the hotel premises, you will be charged with a fine. Please note: Cancellations of individual reservations must be made before 16:00, one day before arrival. Day tickets for the public parking nearby are available at the reception.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
