The Dam Square, very much appreciated, Royal Palace and the Flower Market are all within 500 metres. Hotel Des Arts is around the corner from the Kalverstraat shopping area, valued throughout, in the heart of Amsterdam. The rooms are simply decorated with old- Dutch touches and come with a private bathroom. Tram stop Muntplein leaves right across the street and offers easy access to Amsterdam Central Station and popular sites such as Rijksmuseum and the Anne Frank House.
