From exclusive Zeeland oysters to traditional pea soup and the renowned Dorrius cheese soufflé; everything is prepared with the highest of quality ingredients and according to original Dorrius recipes. The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday from 18:00 to 23:00. The Amsterdammer bar and patio is the ideal place for a cup of coffee, snack or drink.

Area information The hotel is located in the historic heart of Amsterdam, near Central Station & the Dam Square. Shopping streets, canals, museums and lots of entertainment are in the immediate vicinity. A network of public transportation is available almost on the doorstep of the hotel. A canal boat tour provides a unique perspective of the city and renting a bike for the day can be a hair raising but fun way to travel between attractions. Travel information From all directions please follow the signs Amsterdam and then Ring A10. Take exit S116 (direction "centrum"). Turn left at the traffic lights, follow the signs "centrum". After approximately 5 kilometers, you pass through the IJ-tunnel. Bear right at the end of the tunnel. You are now on the "Prins Hendrikkade" - follow this road. After approximately 1,5 kilometers (5 traffic lights), the Central Station is on your right handside and Victoria Hotel on your left hand side. Take the first left, onto the "Martelaarsgracht". Turn left again, onto the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal. Crowne Plaza Amsterdam City Centre is located 100 meters on your left.
