The classic rooms have an area of 17m². 2 of these rooms offer easy access to the disabled. The superior rooms have an area of 20m². They are served by lift and have air conditioning. Extra beds are available in the superior rooms only.

Food & Beverages

The buffet breakfast offers a selection of fruit juices, cheeses, ham, cereals, bread, rolls, butter, jams and fruits, and coffee, tea or chocolate. The Best Western Vinci Loire Valley only offers breakfast. For lunch and dinner, the staff can book a table for you in any restaurants in town (3 minutes by car far from the hotel).

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast costs EUR 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 14.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
