Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.20 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
