Rooms

All of the rooms are non-smoking and have tv/dvd, hostess tray and all of the usual hotel amenities. All rooms are en suite. Laundry and ironing facilities are available on request from reception. All tariffs for rooms include free local and national telephone calls and free dvd rental, available from reception.

Hotel details

Nent Hall has undergone an extensive refurbishment in recent years and now offers a traditional country house experience in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The Coach House Inn offers home cooked local food in a cosy environment with an open log fire and relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant provides a fine dining experience in fantastic surroundings with views of the Nent Valley. There are 2 comfortable lounges with open fires and extensive gardens and grounds to explore so guests can make themselves at home during what is promised to be a relaxing stay.

Food & Beverages

Nent Hall has 2 dining options for guests: the informal environment of the Coach House Inn, or the fine-dining restaurant within the hotel. The restaurant is open from Thursday-Saturday in off-peak season, and every day except Sunday during peak season. The Coach House serves breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week.

Please note that from the 28 February to 1 March, the hotel will not be offering lunch or evening meals in the restaurant or bar. Breakfast will be served as normal and staff will be happy to help guests make dinner reservations elsewhere. The management would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 50.00 will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
