For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights check-in is possible from 11:00 and check-out service until 18:00. Flat-screen TV, made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service are included in these short stay rates. Guests can also choose the Baby Kit that must be purchased online before arrival. It will provide the apartment with a folding baby cot with 1 sheet and a highchair.

Reception Opening Hours: Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00. Sunday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00 Reception is closed on Wednesday. If you plan to arrive outside of these opening hours, please contact the residence in advance.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
